What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods worldwide; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Can I find the products in a physical store?

AY! is currently only distributed via online and in official Pop Ups announced in our social media. Any product that does not come from these two sources is totally illegitimate.
I do not know my size, how can I order the right one?

To help you in your choice, you have a size guide in the description of each product. You will find the exact measurements of each one of them.
How many days will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time is variable, depending on destination and time of order.

Domestic shipping (USA): 48 hours express shipping, 4 days normal shipping.

International shipping: 6-10 business days.

All purchases before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking code. This is the code to track your order and know where it is at all times.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Both international and domestic (USA) shipments are shipped through UPS.
My order did not arrive

If your order has not arrived, our logistics operator will notify you in case of a failed delivery.

You can also contact UPS to arrange a new delivery date.

If this is not the reason, it may be due to 3 things:

  1. Incorrect name: Remember to check your details when you do the order.
  2. Incorrect address: We recommend you to make sure that the delivery details are correct.
  3. Failed delivery: UPS will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times.

If my order is international, does it include customs duties?

It depends on your country. That's why we cannot estimate the amount of duties you will have to pay, your local customs should be able to do it.

What is the return policy?

You have 14 days after your purchase. After 14 days we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange your item.

To return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

What happens if my order is damaged?

At AY! our top priority is to offer quality in our products. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at help@ay-gear.com. We will assist you urgently and offer you a replacement immediately.
